Memorandum Of Understanding For Calypso Resort Holiday Deal

To qualify for this holiday you must meet the following criteria (“Criteria”):

You must:

Be a permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand;
Be currently employed and/or meet the following income requirements: have a minimum combined household income of $50,000;
Both be between the ages of 30 to 73 years (you must bring along identification like a drivers license.),
Be competent in verbal and written English;
Attend and complete a holiday ownership preview of approximately 90 minutes during your holiday
Be married or have been living together (de-facto) for more than 2 years.
Both partners agree that they will attend and complete the preview together.
Child Policy – children between the ages of 4 & 12 can be catered for in our children’s playroom and must stay there during the preview, unfortunately, we cannot cater for children under the age of 4 years and they are not permitted on the preview. Please note – The accommodation is for 2 people only. So if you are bringing kids please request for a bigger room. Extra charges may apply.
You must not be members of any other holiday ownership/timeshare club or company.
You must not be an existing employee, or an immediate family member of a employee or a current holiday ownership, membership or timeshare owner with us.
Only one-holiday ownership promotional offer per household within any 12 month period.
In the event that you fail to attend and complete the preview during the period of your holiday package, you authorise the offeror to debit your credit card account an additional charge of AU$150.00 per night / NZ$170.00 per night to meet the cost of the accommodation subsidy

In order to take advantage of this holiday, you will need to meet these criteria and accept the details of participation before booking by digitally signing this document. Failure to meet the criteria will invalidate the offer and result in forfeiture of all monies paid and cancellation of any vouchers and tickets.
